Sally loves painting!
She loves the sensation of brushing, dabbing, pushing, and smearing, paint on the canvas – “it just makes me smile!"
Sally O'Grady has been involved in the arts most of her life but since 2016, after a professional career in the sciences, she is devoted to painting full time. She works mostly in acrylics, painting both “plein air” and in the studio. Her interest is the landscape and likes working in large format, giving additional strength to the landscape painting. Sally owns/runs the Bonnett House Art Gallery, 158 St. George Street, Annapolis Royal.
