Poppy Balser - Paint the Town 2026 | In-Town/Outdoor Artist

Poppy Balser, from Digby, has always lived within walking distance of the ocean, mostly the Bay of Fundy. She holds signature or elected membership in several art societies, including the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour (CSPWC), the Oil Painters of America and the American Society of Marine Artists (ASMA). She is a dedicated plein air painter, painting outside in all seasons, even in our Canadian winters.
