Phillip Bailey, Paint the Town artist

Phillip Bailey was born in Lequille, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia. Phillip creates manuscript (hand-drawn) maps using a combination of pencil, ink and acrylics. His maps begin in cartography and end in art. His inspiration and drive are rooted in explorations of layered meaning. His creative process is dedicated to detail. Phillip strives to challenge the viewer to look deeper into both themselves and the artwork.
