Peter lives and works in Shad Bay, Nova Scotia. He’s a Queen’s and Dalhousie alumnus and a native of Toronto, Ontario. Peter has been designing and building things, big and small, for decades and continues to find great inspiration in the natural world. He uses drawing and painting as a communication tool for his architectural work as well as an outlet for personal exploration and expression. “For me, everything starts with a sketch. There’s always a story to tell and you never quite know how it’s going to end. I love the handiness of watercolours, and the transparency. Those pigments have history, chemistry and more. They make music for the eyes.”
