Jessica Sheila is a multi-disciplinary artist who paints and takes photographs. After a decade of living abroad in South East Asia, she recently returned home to Annapolis Royal, NS with her partner. They have embarked on a new journey here in Annapolis Royal and opened up H'Arts, House of Arts last year.
She is currently painting on up-cycled linen fabrics; napkins, tablecloth's, handkerchiefs... she paints on these fabrics with watercolours and hangs them by driftwood found near her home where she grew up. Her subject matter tend to be florals, and or abstract, depending on the day. Nature will always be an inspiration and comfort for her in the face making art and living artfully.
