Halley Hellmich, Paint the Town Artist

Halley Hellmich is a filmmaker and camera woman. A director and artist at heart, Halley brings her love of capturing other’s stories through her love of camera movement, lighting, framing and sometimes illustration. A NSCAD alumni, Halley has worked over 10 years on big and small budget TV and feature films as a union and non-union camera assistant. During the film industry down time, Halley collaborates with other storytellers as a cinematographer and illustrator. Since 2020, Halley has been writing, directing and filming her own short documentary work, and rediscovering her love of watercolor.
